Career Change for KBIS Starchaser

Having bought KBIS Starchaser (Star) jointly with Mrs Jo Meyer back in 2008 he has successfully evented with KBIS sponsored rider Izzy Taylor. Star’s results include 1st at Great Witchingham International in the Advanced Intermediate, 2nd in the 3* at Barbury International, 3rd at Blenheim Palace International in the 8/9YO 3*, 1st in the advanced 8/9YO at Aston Le Walls and a career total of 276 BE points.

After struggling with soundness issues over the last few years we have decided that it is time for Star to have a career change. He will now be out competing with up and coming Para Dressage rider Charlotte Cundall, who has previously competed up to 3* level eventing and was crowned the Yorkshire Novice Ladies Point to Point Champion in 2010. Charlotte started competing in para dressage in 2014 following breaking her back for a second time in 2010, she was crowned the KBIS FEI PE Grade IV National Champion in September this year riding her own ex-event horse The Chenko Artist.

Having sponsored the Para Dressage Championships held at Stonleigh for 11 years we are looking forward to becoming more involved in the sport.

horse insurance

Reasonably priced and have been very quick and easy paying out when my horse had an accident in the field.

horse insurance

I have found KBIS to be extremely friendly and helpful to deal with. I had a claim which went on for several months and they paid very quickly on receipt of each monthly vet bill. My friend, also with KBIS, had to have a horse put down and found them incredibly kind and sympathetic. My vet insures his own horses with them which I think is an exvellent recommendation.
