After insuring my horse with NFU for 4 years the one time I make a honest and genuine claim for loss of animal, NFU decline to pay out even though my horse was incurable and in excessive pain. I am absolutely disgusted and will not be using them again.

Could not fault NFU at all! With the stress of a poorly horse they just made one less thing to worry about. They dealt with the vet directly, no quibbling over payment and have honestly been so wonderful every time I have rang, being very reassuring. Could not recommend them enough! Will not be using anyone else in the future ! They have a lifelong customer!

NFU are currently providing the worst possible service imaginable! I put a complaint in back in March and still have had no response.
Since receiving that complaint they have declined my horse claim (coincidentally) because apparently my horse being lame in April 2016 is to do with my stomach ulcer claim in February 2016?
Constant emails from a different person, no telephone calls to offer any form of understanding or customer service... Extremely disappointing and lets just say wont be paying them £64 a month once this is all over.

This company take all the worry of vet fees from you, they are quick to respond, very helpful, pay promptly and deal with claims in an extremely professional manner, I have recommended them to several horse owners and will continue to do so in the future. Thank you NFU
